As you could see on monday R. was diving, he is going for his PADI certificate (open water diver). He has to do some indoor pool dives/training and some outdoor in open water. So I've been asked to come along some times to take pictures.
The first indoor training a-coworker went with, to take underwater pictures.

Rss is been something I like a lot for a while now, specialy after I started using Bloglines. And with bloglines its nice to have a little notifier that says how many unread items you have.... And thats when Konfabulator comes handy, a program which is on the top of my favorite apps list on OSX. Since a few days there is a bloglines widget for Konfabulator. (and in Bloglines I am subsribed to new widget rss feed for konfabulator :)

54 virus emails
3495 mailer daemons
286 spam emails
Since a few months one of my domains is being abused for spam runs, its very very irritating. And since a few weeks I am getting a lot of virusmail also..... when will this end?!?
